Casino Connect brings together casino marketing and operations leaders, and Custom Case Kiosk was on site at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach with a live machine. The pitch is simple to show and hard to forget: a guest designs a case at the kiosk and it prints while they watch.

For casinos, that works two ways — as a guest amenity on the floor or in retail space, and as a player-reward moment, where a comped custom case becomes a keepsake with the property's moment printed on it.
