- About 5 minutes from when you tap 'Print' on the kiosk. You can keep shopping and come back when it beeps.
- Which phones do you support?
- iPhone 12 series and newer (including 16 Pro Max), Samsung Galaxy S22 and newer, Galaxy Note 20 / Z Fold / Z Flip lines, and select Pixel models. Check at the kiosk for the latest list — we add new models monthly.
- Can I use my own photo?
- Yes. You can upload directly from your phone — no app required. The kiosk crops and previews against your phone's exact case shape before you print.
- What's the warranty?
- Lifetime limited warranty against print defects and case manufacturing issues. Reach out to support@customcasekiosk.com with your order number.
- Do you ship?
- CCK is built around in-store, on-the-spot printing — that's the magic. We don't ship cases. To find your nearest kiosk, use the location finder.
