Custom Case Kiosk, sponsored by Balaji, turned up at the Total Wireless Block Party in Houston with a lit kiosk and ten Houston-only designs. Dealers and reps designed a case on their phones and picked it up before the party was over.

Victra brought its store leaders to St. Louis, and Custom Case Kiosk, sponsored by Balaji, gave them a case they designed themselves on their own phones and picked up at the booth a few minutes later.

For a stretch of summer 2026 a Custom Case Kiosk lived on property at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa, steps from the sand. Guests pulled a beach photo off their phone and left with it on a case before checkout.

Custom Case Kiosk won Best New Product in the BPAA New Product Showcase at International Bowl Expo, and the booth stayed busy all show. Bowling centers are a natural fit: guests design a case while they wait for a lane.

Tulsa's Route 66 Capital Cruise

May 28–30, 2026

Expo Square · Tulsa, OK

Custom Case Kiosk was at Expo Square for Tulsa's Route 66 Capital Cruise, the Route 66 centennial celebration whose classic-car parade set a Guinness World Records title with 3,596 vehicles. A favorite shot of the cars became a case before the crowd left the grounds.

Boost Summit 2026

Thornton, CO

Boost Mobile brought its dealers together outside Denver, and Custom Case Kiosk set up on the floor with a live machine. Dealers designed a case on their phones and picked it up a few minutes later.

Custom Case Kiosk's first IAAPA Expo: a live machine on the Orange County Convention Center floor, printing cases for parks, family entertainment centers and resorts all week.

One machine, about eight square feet, and a line that forms on its own. We handle the setup, the stock and the print queue; your guests handle the design.

    A live machine in your booth, printing on the floor. Attendees design on their phones, pick up at the booth, and walk the hall carrying your brand.

    Every case prints with your mark. A free case in exchange for a sign-up turns a giveaway into a lead list, with numbers you can read the next morning.

Questions about events.

What to expect when the kiosk comes to your booth, store or venue.

How long does a case take?

About three minutes from the moment the design is sent. At a busy show a cloud print queue holds the overflow, so guests can walk the floor and come back when their case is ready.

How much space does the kiosk need?

About 32 by 37 inches of floor, roughly eight square feet, and a standard outlet. It runs on its own cellular connection when venue Wi-Fi is not available.

Can the cases carry our logo?

Yes. Event templates can carry your logo or event mark, and a sponsored activation can print a co-brand mark on every case that leaves the booth.

Which phones does the kiosk stock?

Current iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models. A phone we do not have at the booth can be printed at our Chino, California hub and shipped to the guest.

How do guests design their case?

On their own phone. They scan a code at the kiosk, pick their phone model and design in the browser: a photo, text, stickers or one of the event's templates. Nothing to install.

What does a sponsored activation include?

The kiosk and a team member to run it, the case stock, event templates with your mark, a lead form at checkout, a live order board for the booth screen, and a lead report after the show.
